Attorney Jennifer Siegel’s practice is dedicated to all areas of family law. Her practice includes matters related to divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, post-divorce modifications, adoption, and domestic violence. Her goal is to help individuals move past their divorce and create better futures.
Over the years, her practice also included administrative law representing individuals with professional licensing issues associated with the Department of Developmental Services and criminal pardons.
Jennifer graduated from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (2021), where she focused her studies on women, gender, and the law. While in law school, she spent two semesters externing at the New York Legal Aid Society, assisting low-income individuals in their divorce. For another semester, she externed at the Pace Family Court Legal Program, representing domestic violence survivors in their temporary restraining orders. She has experience evaluating the best interest of the child during her experience at the Connecticut Children’s Law Center. She served as president of Pace’s Women’s Association of Law Students and the Jewish Law Student Association.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, in Santa Cruz (2018). During undergraduate, she wrote a paper on the resiliency of children in their parents’ divorce, and she presented at a psychology conference on micro-aggressions in the college atmosphere.
She is co-president of the Young Lawyer’s Section of the Hartford County Bar Association and an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
In her free time, Jenny enjoys spending time with her family, belting musical theater songs, and volunteering in the community.
